We provide dedicated website hosting in partnership with Rackspace. It is based on an agreement which recognises that availability is crucial to you and includes guarantees that:

  • the network will be available 24/7 (except when undergoing scheduled maintenance)
  • critical infrastructure systems, including HVAC, will always be available 24/7
  • all leased hardware components will function properly; any that do not will be replaced at no cost to you

Rackspace provides the world-class infrastructure necessary to keep your server up and running uninterrupted around the clock. It has three data centres in London, each equipped with fully redundant connectivity, power and HVAC to prevent any single point of failure, and run by highly trained technical support staff.

The Rackspace UK Network has been built to accommodate the high availability demands of outsourced solutions. Network utilisation is currently at about 20% capacity at peak times; when it reaches 30% Rackspace automatically adds more capacity to ensure you don’t experience any network degradation.
